Today I am happy to share another awesome feature you may want to incorporate in your home design, The Juliet Balcony is a very narrow balcony or railing which sits just outside a window, a door or a French door, usually on the upper levels of a building. This style of balcony is not really for sitting or standing, but allows for a larger wall opening to provide for more fresh air flow and natural views. It is also a good option when cost, space or codes prevent a larger balcony in design.
They are a good cost savings over large balconies which can always be added later.
